We offer a variety of physical training programs, including interval training, cycling, kickboxing, barre, and yoga.

Infrared Fitness for Everyone

We promote a motivating environment combining fitness and technology under one roof. We're called Red Effect because our studio utilizes infrared therapy. The ceilings incorporate infrared panels, which warms the studio. As a result, your body will feel the energizing effects, which include body detoxification, faster recovery, and reduced joint pain. Our fitness studio offers a wealth of group-oriented classes, each led by a certified trainer. We set up classes where you can learn the ropes, train on state of the art equipment, and get expert coaching. Comfortable, yet challenging - at our studio, you have the power to improve.

At our studio, no two workout sessions are alike. We offer many different classes, each with evolving, unique workouts so you and your body are always improving. At our location, we offer:

Interval Training: Consists of High-intensity interval training (HIIT) by utilizing a combination of water rowers, weights, and treadmills. Our HIIT classes provide complete, total body workouts - all in 60 minutes! The programs are designed for people of all fitness levels. Professional trainers guide you at each step, providing a challenging and rewarding session.

Kickboxing Circuit Training: By using a combination of boxing equipment, cardio machines and body weight exercises, this course works your core, upper body, and lower body. After one 30 minute circuit, you’ll be dripping with sweat and feel the results almost immediately.

Cycling: Enjoy a dynamic approach to indoor cycling. We style our cycling center as a theater, where you get to ride top-of-the-line Schwinn exercise bikes equipped with real-time stat tracking and performance metrics. Combined with choreography, weights, and music, this environment is sure to energize you.

Barre/Yoga: Revive your body, increase flexibility, and improve your focus. Barre and yoga are great supplements to your fitness routine. Engage your core and activate muscles you didn’t even know existed with these exercises and poses.

Sauna: Post-workout, relax in a private sauna room. Each sauna uses infrared therapy technology to help your body recover. During a 40-minute session, you have full control over the temperature, lights, and sound - the perfect ending to a high-energy visit.
